There are two recently renovated rooms available for nonsmokers, each with a private shower and WC. The first room is located on the ground floor and has a private terrace, which is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The second room is on the upper floor and features a private loggia.

There is a common living room area where guests can enjoy television, reading materials, and games. Phone and wifi services are available upon request. Guests also have access to a kitchenette, pool, and parking facilities.

Although meals are not provided, a breakfast is included and there are options to supplement meals, especially in the case of late arrivals.

Pets are welcome as long as they are accepted by the resident animals, Beroy, Aldo, and Tango (a small dog and cats). The accommodation accepts "Chèques Vacances" for payment.

The property is accessible for handicapped individuals and holds quality marks such as "Clé Vacances," "Tourisme & Handicap," and "Pêche 64."
