Welcome to La Tourelle B&B in Colombotte, a charming village nestled in the picturesque region of Haute-Saône in northeastern France. Situated between the Vosges and Jura mountains, we are approximately 590 km from Calais.Perched above Colombotte, our bed and breakfast, Chambres et Table d'Hôtes, offers comfortable accommodations in a beautifully renovated farmhouse. The original farmhouse boasts cozy rooms, while the spacious barn offers simpler accommodations. Additionally, we have a large common room with a long dining table, known as the Table d'Hôtes.
Adjacent to our backyard, you'll find a small rural camping area. To the left of the farmhouse is A-Côté, a studio suitable for up to four guests. On the other side of the road, Les Hiboux (The Owls) provides its own entrance, parking, and a lovely garden, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups.
Allow us to introduce ourselves - Mirjam and Tim. In 2001, we left the Netherlands to embark on a new life in Colombotte. We purchased a dilapidated yet characterful ancient farmhouse that had been unused for 40 years. With the help of family, friends, and local craftsmen, we transformed it into Chambres d'Hôtes, the French version of a B&B. Join us and our other guests at our Table d'Hôtes for a continental breakfast and exquisite dinners.
Colombotte and its surroundings are a hidden gem, aptly named "Lile verte" or "The Green Island." The fields and forests offer a myriad of shades of green, creating a stunning backdrop for your stay.
If you're seeking an active holiday in France, Chambres d'Hôtes La Tourelle is the perfect base. Haute Saône offers a range of activities, including golfing, horse riding, paragliding, parachute jumping, and even cave diving.
For those looking to unwind, La Tourelle provides a peaceful oasis amidst nature's beauty. Relax in our garden, enjoy a good book, and indulge in a glass of wine or a refreshing drink.
