This cottage is a perfect blend of charm and modernity. Located in the lovely village of Labastide en Val, it offers a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life. It provides all the necessary comforts for small children, such as a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table.

Just a short walk away, following the water court, you will discover small pits and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a delightful picnic. Adjacent to the cottage is a small alley leading to a tranquil square where you can enjoy pleasant moments in peace.

The interior of the cottage is well-equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a pot, refrigerator with freezer, host, oven, gas hob, dining room, and a comfortable lounge with a TV, DVD player, and sofa bed. WIFI access is also available.

The first floor features a shower room with a toilet, a washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail.

Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with around a hundred inhabitants. It is surrounded by forests, crossed by rivers, and adorned with fountains. Its location is ideal for visiting the Cathar castles, exploring the Canal du Midi, discovering the medieval city of Carcassonne, and immersing yourself in the rich fauna and flora of Aude. Additionally, you can indulge in the region's exquisite wines and local produce.

Please note that electricity from October to April is not included in the price. Cleaning services are available at an additional cost of 50 '. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 25 '.
