Our three rooms have direct access to a private lounge of 16m2, which leads to the outside through a staircase that connects to the common areas: garden, terrace, barbecue, and pool.

Each room can accommodate 2 people and is furnished with a double bed measuring 140x190, an LCD TV, free WiFi access, desks, and storage units. The bathrooms are independent and private.

Depending on the number of people traveling together, we offer three suites:

- Suite Louis: Includes 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and accommodates 2 persons (29m2). Price per night ranges from 90-95.

- Suite Alexander: Includes 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and accommodates 3-4 persons (43 m2). Price per night ranges from 150-170.

- Suite Marie: Includes 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and accommodates 5-6 people (57 m2). Price per night ranges from 200-225.

These suites come with en-suite baths, a shower room, and separate private WC.

We provide a gourmet breakfast, served from 8 to 9:30 am. You can enjoy it on the terrace under the shade of the wisteria or in the family dining room. Our homemade yogurts, jams, and pastries, made from local products, are highly recommended. Additionally, we offer fresh bread, pastries, fruits, organic fruit juice, and honey from our local producers.

Relax in our fenced garden, surrounded by fruit trees and Mediterranean species, and take a dip in our heated swimming pool (8m x 4m). We have a barbecue area with a griddle, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker, as well as a picnic table for enjoying your evening meal in the garden. If you need recommendations for nearby restaurants, we are happy to assist you.

We provide bicycles, outdoor games, and board games for your entertainment. Additionally, we offer a guided tour of a vineyard appellation "Côtes du Roussillon Villages" by a passionate winemaker who loves his land. After the visit, a free tasting will be offered. Please note that the vineyard tour requires a reservation 72 hours in advance and costs 5 per person. The visit typically lasts for 2 hours.

Mas au calme, à 15 mn de Perpignan, dans l'arrière-pays. Accueil des plus chaleureux. Des spécialités maison à déguster et des propriétaires très disponibles. Martine et Bernard
