We offer a variety of guest rooms that are fully equipped for your comfort and convenience. Each room features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large rain shower known as the "tropical rain" shower. Two of the rooms also have a luxurious "island" bath, double sinks, and toilets. Additionally, all rooms include amenities such as a flat-screen TV, bathrobes, a hair dryer, and a hospitality tray.

The price of your stay includes a continental breakfast and all taxes for two people. We also provide free WiFi and Ethernet jacks for your convenience.

On Level 0, we have the "Travel" house which is decorated in a charming "British" style. This room is accessible for disabled travelers and features a comfortable bed (160x200) and a large shower. It also has a washbasin and a private toilet. The door window offers a view of the courtyard garden. The rate for this room is €115 for two people.

Next, on Level 0, we have the "Zen" room which offers a relaxed atmosphere. The bed can be separated into two beds (180x200 or two beds of 90x200). The open bathroom includes a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a private toilet. The door window overlooks the courtyard garden. The rate for this room is €125 for two people.

Moving up to Level 1, we have the "Industry" suite which features a unique factory-inspired decoration. The suite offers a living room with a luxurious and comfortable sofa (140x190). A spiral staircase leads to a separate bedroom on Level 2 with a bed that can be separated into two beds (180x200 or two beds of 90x200). The suite also includes a spacious shower, a "factory" basin, and a toilet. The rate for this suite is €125 for two people with a surcharge of €30 per additional person.

Lastly, on Level 1, we have the "Charming" suite which boasts a chic and charming decor. This suite includes two bedrooms, with one on Level 1 and another accessible via a private staircase on Level 2. Both rooms have access to a bathroom with a luxurious "island" tub, an Italian shower, double sinks, and toilets. The suite also offers a private terrace with a garden overlooking the courtyard garden. The rate for this suite is €135 for two people with a surcharge of €30 per additional person.

Located in the heart of downtown, this unique 4-star vacation rental offers the convenience of a full-service house. Housed in a historic spinning mill, this atypical 45sqm apartment on the first floor provides a loft-style living experience with stunning views of the Palais Fervaques and absolute privacy. The apartment features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The minimum stay requirement is 2 nights, with a flexible arrival option. The rate for a 2-night stay is €180, with an additional €0.85 tax per person per night. For each subsequent night, the rate is €90. Discounts are available for longer stays exceeding a week.

Included in the rental is a range of services designed to enhance your comfort and convenience. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and the initial cleaning will be taken care of by our team (excluding dishes and personal tidying). Additionally, we provide bathroom, table, and kitchen linens, as well as a hospitality tray.

The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed (160x200) and a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190). We can also provide a crib and high chair for babies upon request. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas (2 and 3 seats) and a dining area that can accommodate 4-6 people.

TOUT EST ACCUEILLANT A LA FILATURE: EXTERIEUR, INTERIEUR ET LES PROPRIETAIRES.
On y est comme chez soi; Surtout si l'on a choisi de commander le menu cocotte: chouette idée et délicieux.
La filature est idealement placée dans une ville enfin mise en valeur.
Je souhaite une belle année 2013 à la filature et ses projets

Directions

Take the A26 motorway and exit at number 10, which is labeled "Saint-Quentin-centre." Follow the signs towards "Palais de Fervaques" and the "office de tourisme." Make two left turns to reach the Palais de Fervaques. From there, continue in the direction of "Temple." You will find the destination at number 12, with a convenient parking area boasting 100 spots.
