This lovely studio in Paris is ideal for 2 to 4 people and is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from both Montmartre and Canal St Martin. It is also situated near the Gare du Nord (only 1 station away) and Gare de l'Est, with a direct line to Père-Lachaise.

Additionally, the studio is in close proximity to the vibrant Indian area where you can enjoy delicious and affordable spicy exotic cuisine.

Transportation is easily accessible with two subway stations, Métro LA CHAPELLE (Line 2) and STALINGRAD (Line 7), both within 200 meters of the studio.

The studio, situated on the ground floor of a beautiful 1930s Haussman building, is 20 sqm in size with a small mezzanine. It was fully renovated in July 2010, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed measuring 160cm in width, and there is a 140cm mattress on the mezzanine.

The rental price is 350 € for a 7-night stay for 2 people, with an additional 7€ per night for each additional person. A cleaning/laundry service is available for an additional fee of 20€. No deposit is required.

The studio is well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, heater, dishes, towels, sheets, TV/DVD, hi-fi, and wifi access.

Welcome to our charming studio in Paris, perfect for 2 to 4 people. You can also take a direct line to Père-Lachaise.

For food enthusiasts, our studio is situated close to the vibrant Indian area, where you can indulge in delicious and affordable exotic dishes.

Both Métro LA CHAPELLE (Line 2) and STALINGRAD (Line 7) stations are only 200 meters away, making it convenient to explore the city.

The studio, located on the ground floor of a beautiful 1930s Haussman building, measures 20 sqm and has a small mezzanine. It was completely renovated in July 2010 and offers a comfortable sofa bed (160cm width) in the living room, as well as a 140 cm mattress on the mezzanine. During the summer, the studio remains pleasantly cool.

Our prices are reasonable, starting at 350 € for a 7-night stay for 2 people. For additional guests, there is a charge of 7€ per night, and a cleaning/laundry service fee of 20€. No deposit is required.

- This subway line provides a direct route to Montmartre (2 stops) and Père-Lachaise cemetery (7 stops).
- The bus 48, which can be found in the same area, will take you directly to the Louvre Museum.
- The Métro Stalingrad on Line 7 is also 200 m from the studio.
- This subway line offers direct access to Opéra (with a direct transfer from/to Roissybus CDG airport), Musée du Louvre, Pont-neuf (Notre-Dame, etc.), and Chatelet (center of Paris).

Taxi:
- Taking a taxi from either CDG or Orly airport to the studio will usually take around 30-45 minutes, depending on the queue, time of day, and traffic.
- The cost for a taxi ride is approximately 30-40€ for 2 people.
- This option is recommended, especially if you are not traveling during rush hour, as some tourists tend to get lost in the subway and take significantly longer to reach their destination.

Directions from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:
- Take the RER B (blue line) from the terminal airport to Gare du Nord station (8.5€/person).
- From Gare du Nord, you have several options:
1. Walking: It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the studio on foot.
2. Taxi: A taxi ride will cost around 15€, but the price may vary depending on the number of people and luggage.
3. Metro correspondence: Take the metro from Gare du Nord to La Chapelle Station.
4. Bus 48: The 48 Bus runs every 10 minutes from 06:30 am to 08:30 pm (not available on Sundays) and stops at Philippe de Girard.
5. Bus 65: The 65 Bus runs every 10 minutes from 06:30 am to 11:30 pm and stops at Place de La Chapelle.
6. Bus 350: The 350 Bus stops at Place de La Chapelle and is another option to consider. Please check for any changes during the summer/winter period.

Directions from Orly Airport:
- The best option is to take the Orlyval, which will bring you to Gare du Nord in approximately 30 minutes.
- From Gare du Nord, you can continue your journey by taking Bus 48 or 65 for an additional 10 minutes or walking for about 15 minutes.
