Located on a plateau in St. Leger, Savoie, France, this renovated 18th-century farmhouse offers stunning mountain views and is surrounded by 6 hectares of land. Situated at an altitude of 470m in the Maurienne Valley, it provides a privileged experience at the foothills of the Belledone mountains.

The Bed & Breakfast accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a spacious and comfortable stay close to nature. With 2 bedrooms, one featuring a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed and 2 single beds, along with a living room, office, and a bathroom with WC, guests can enjoy ample space and privacy. The B&B also features a deck and private entrance, and breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace, offering a delightful outdoor dining experience.

The Renovated Hay Barn, suitable for up to 8 guests, showcases exposed beams, a glass ceiling providing views of the roof structure, and stone walls complemented by a contemporary touch. With a deck offering breathtaking scenery, guests can relax and admire the surrounding wildlife while enjoying the tranquility and perhaps a glass of wine. Guests can enjoy the spaciousness and privacy of this combined accommodation.

The property is surrounded by many nearby lakes suitable for swimming and ski resorts for winter sports enthusiasts. It has been removed from the hunting zone for 17 years and is organically managed, creating a haven for wildlife. Horses, cats, and chickens also peacefully coexist on the property.

Les abords sont rustiques, l'extérieur traditionnel ayant été préservé. A l'intérieur c'est très propre, lumineux, agréablement meublé, et confortable. On s'y sent bien ! Et l'accueil est excellent : une hôtesse (Lesley) pleine d'humour, de chaleur, de générosité.... nous avons eu un grand plaisir à converser avec elle, et avons fait honneur à sa table matinale (ah les bugnes (bio) !). Un immense merci à elle.

Directions

To get to your destination, take exit number 25 Epierre from the A43 autoroute. After the toll, at the roundabout, turn left onto D207 and continue for 776 meters. Then, make a left onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers. Traverse St. Leger and keep going until you reach the village called "Les Granges." At this point, turn right following the sign post indicating Le Domaine. Proceed for 800 meters and then make a right at the wooden sign post indicating Le Domaine. Finally, continue down until you reach the sand arena.

On the 15th step, turn left onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers. This will take approximately 31 minutes and cover a distance of 50 kilometers.

On the 16th step, turn right and continue for 105 meters.
