Renovated and spacious 50m2 duplex apartment available for rent. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, a sofa bed is available for two persons. The apartment also features a TV and separate toilet. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90X200), TV, WIFI, DVD player, en-suite shower room, toilet, and hairdryer. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for your comfort.
