It features a total of 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms with high-quality bedding and a family bedroom called Aliénor dAquitaine, which can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is spacious and opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the park. The Gite has a total area of 183 square meters, while the park occupies 31,000 square meters.

One of the highlights of the property is the large swimming pool (12m x 6m), set on a hill with stunning views of the Chalosse region. The pool is heated from April to October and has a pool house with showers, washbasins, and toilets. It also offers various aquatic games for children. The Gite is equipped with modern amenities such as WiFi, Canalsat, a DVD player, board games, and more. The kitchen appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and TV, are all brand new.

The double bedrooms consist of two rooms with Queen size beds (160 x 200) and one room with two beds (100 x 200), while the family bedroom, named after Aliénor d'Aquitaine, offers a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a double sofa bed (140 x 190). All the bedding is brand new and from prestigious brands.

The gite features a spacious kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the park. The accommodation itself spans 183 square meters, while the park measures an impressive 31,000 square meters.
