Located in the heart of the stunning Loire castles and just a few steps away from the Beauval zoo, our charming 3-star cottage offers the perfect base for exploring the region. Situated in a peaceful corner, our house is only 800 meters from the medieval town of Saint Aignan.The cottage features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, bouloir, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The dining room offers a comfortable sofa bed and a TV for your entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a child's bed, ensuring a cozy space for up to 5 persons. The bathroom includes a toilet and a washing machine for your convenience.
Enjoy the freedom of our independent and fenced garden area, covering 400 m². With plenty of space to relax and unwind, you can also take advantage of the various outdoor activities available nearby. Choose from hiking, trekking, or embark on a paddle boat or canoe adventure.
On Saturday mornings, the medieval town comes alive with a vibrant market, offering a delightful experience for all visitors.
We welcome your furry friends, with a small additional fee of 20 euros per animal.
Our rates are as follows:
- For a weekend stay, the rate is 155 euros.
- For a week-long stay (from Saturday to Saturday), the rate is 295 euros.
- During high season, the rate is 320 euros per week.
Additional services are available upon request, including a cleaning fee of 28 euros, a sheet package for 9 euros per bed, and bath towels for 5 euros per person.
We accept holiday vouchers and can accommodate special requests based on availability.
