Welcome to our guest house, "The Chabetaine," located in a privileged and tranquil setting. Prepare to be amazed by the breathtaking landscape of the Ardennes forest, accompanied by the harmonious melodies of singing birds that will gently wake you up each morning. Immerse yourself in the serenity of our peaceful walking path or simply relax on your own balcony, where you can admire nature from almost every angle.

Our new wooden house is not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally conscious, constructed with ecological materials from A to Z, following the principles of Feng Shui. The house boasts three bright double rooms, each offering a unique experience. The Aurore room welcomes the sunrise, the Zenith room bathes in the midday sun, and the Twilight room captures the beauty of the sunset. Regardless of your choice, every room features a sheltered south-facing terrace, ensuring a rejuvenating and awe-inspiring stay.

The Aurore bedroom is equipped with two twin beds (90/200) and a high-quality memory foam mattress made from 100% vegetable materials. The Zenith Bedroom offers a spacious double bed (160/200) with a classic spring mattress on adjustable slats. In the Twilight Room, you will find another large double bed (160/200) with a boxspring mattress made from ecological and 100% vegetable-based Coco Bamboo materials.

All our rooms provide a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and essential products. Additionally, each room features a south-facing terrace (balcony) with garden chairs, offering breathtaking views of the countryside and forest from almost every angle. Stay entertained with a flat-screen TV, cable access, and high-speed internet connectivity through both broadband and WiFi. For your comfort, we have installed a mechanical ventilation system (VMC), an alarm, and a fire detection system. The large triple-glazed windows ensure a peaceful and noise-free environment.

Please note that our entire guest house is strictly non-smoking. We provide free parking and a garage for bikes and motorcycles, along with walking maps and tourist guides to enhance your stay.

Families with babies are welcome, and upon prior request, we can provide a cot in one of the rooms for an additional fee of €50.00 per stay. Please also be aware that we have a friendly Labrador dog and cat that may be present on the ground floor, as well as a horse in the neighboring meadow.

At "The Chabetaine," you can expect a warm and inviting atmosphere. All our rooms are newly furnished and exceptionally bright, thanks to the natural cellulose insulation and wood fibers used in the walls. Our commitment to the environment is evident in the choice of environmentally-friendly materials, insulators, and paints. The heating and hot water supply are powered by a heat pump, and a wood-burning stove in the living room adds to the cozy ambiance. Finally, be prepared to be enchanted by stunning views of fields and forests from every room, allowing you to connect with nature in the most captivating way possible!
