Description for Gite

The villa features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with fitted cupboards, a cooker hood, coffee maker, kettle, and enough cutlery for 8 people. The dining area has an extendable table for convenience.

The living room is cozy, with a fireplace and wooden beams. It opens up to a large terrace with double glazed glass doors, providing a beautiful view to the south. The terrace is enclosed with a glass wall for the safety of children. There is also a barbecue area with garden furniture for outdoor dining.

The sleeping area consists of a corridor leading to a bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a picture window with double glazed glass, offering views under the pergola facing southeast. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, a shower-bath, and storage drawers. There is also a tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath, which serves as a baby changing area.

The villa is equipped with electric heating. The third bedroom, facing west, has two single beds. Additionally, a sofa bed for two people is available in the living room.

On the ground floor, there is a pool area surrounded by a large terrace, which is naturally protected from winds and prying eyes. The pool area is secured with wrought iron gates, ensuring the safety of young children. The property also offers a garage for one car and private parking for three cars.

Please note that there is a separate studio on the garden level, which is occupied by the owner and is not part of the rental.
