This cottage, located next to the owners' house, offers privacy and tranquility. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, and laundry facilities. There is also a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a television. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and an attached bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed (80cm or 160cm) and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
