Description for Gite

Introducing "The Grape Escape," a charming gite that can accommodate 2 to 4 individuals. Nestled beside the main farmhouse, this semi-detached cottage offers picturesque views of the surrounding vineyards and courtyard (see photo at the bottom).

Upon entering the spacious grand room, guests will be greeted by five large double windows that overlook the vineyards and a serene forested valley. This room boasts a generous seating area with cozy sofas and chairs, as well as a comfortable king-size (or single) bed, depending on the number of guests. The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a kingsize double bed, along with a set of convenient drawers.

The accommodation also includes a sizable bathroom (10m2) featuring a bath, stand-alone shower, WC, basin, and breathtaking views. Furthermore, a walk-in cupboard/utility room provides additional storage space.

A charming paved terrace, adorned with a garden table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrella, and barbecue, leads into a spacious French-country kitchen and living area. Here, guests will find modern cupboards, new appliances (including a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, cooker, and washing machine), a cozy breakfast nook, and a separate dining table.

Previous guests have raved about their experience at the gite, praising the comfortable accommodations, stunning views, idyllic location, and, of course, the exquisite wine.

Named "Wine Cottage," this separate accommodation is situated on the opposite side of the courtyard, offering a breathtaking view up the Saussignac valley. It features two luxurious en suite bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Fully equipped, beautifully furnished, and built with ecological considerations in mind, this cottage is the perfect destination for a romantic retreat and a wine lover's paradise.

With underfloor heating throughout, this cottage provides a cozy escape even during the off-peak season. The wooden floors, high ceilings, and use of natural materials further enhance the feeling of spaciousness and luxury.
