This cottage, which is labeled for 4 people, can actually accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It is a bright and sunny apartment with a beautiful view of the garden and a private lake.

The cottage includes:

- A dining room / lounge area with a TV / DVD player and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional people.
- A bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160) and a fireplace, as well as a sitting area with a sofa that can sleep 2 more people.

The field can be found in the village of Berric campaign. It is conveniently accessible, only 6 km away from the RN 165 exit (Nantes Brest). From here, you can easily reach various attractions in less than 20 minutes. These include valves and the Gulf of Morbihan, the beaches of the country Damgan and Muzillac, Presquîle Rhuys, the charming town of Rochefort-en-Terre, the country with its numerous walks in Questembert, and many others.
