For nightly rentals, guests are kindly requested to check-out before 12:00 pm. The room can accommodate a maximum of two people.
To secure a reservation, guests must provide a completed lease and make a deposit payment of 50% of the total cost. Linen is provided, including a pair of sheets and towels.
If guests are looking for a relaxation area, it is available in a neighboring house. To access this area, guests can make a reservation and visit after 17:30.

Flat Description:This flat has a total area of 42 m2. In the kitchen, you will find a sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, 1 electric hotplate, and 3 gas burners. There is also a TV for your entertainment.
The room is equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed (which can be used as a sofa), 1 tablet, 2 nightstands, 1 wardrobe, 1 armoire, and 1 chair. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
The leasing period starts on Saturday at 15 am and ends on the following Saturday at 10 am. It is possible to rent the room furnished, but this is subject to the conditions of the guest room.
The maximum occupancy for this flat is 2 persons, with an additional 90 cm bed available for 1 child.
To confirm your reservation, we require the lease and a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount.
Upon arrival and departure, the condition of the flat will be assessed. Any damage or degradation caused will be repaired at your expense.
For security purposes, a deposit equal to the rental price is required for the keys. This deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is found.
At the end of your stay, a housekeeping service is available for an additional cost of 31 euros.
If needed, linen can be provided at an extra cost. The price for a pair of sheets is 4 euros, and 2 towels per person cost 3 euros.
For relaxation, there is a neighboring house with a relaxation area. Access to this area can be arranged by reservation and is available from 17:30 onwards.
