Equipment:
On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin.
- Three of the rooms have one double bed each.
- One room has two single beds.
- One bedroom has two single beds and one bunk bed.
The first floor also includes two showers and two toilets, which are shared among the five bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is one toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, and a lounge with a bay window offering stunning views of Mont Blanc.
The entire house is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Directions

To reach your destination, take the A40 highway and take exit 21 for Passy. Once in Passy, continue towards the chief town. If you are coming from the capital, follow the D13 road towards Sallanches. Look out for the path of Regards, which will be located 800 meters ahead on the left side.
