"Les Hauts de Chaumont" is a charming, historic winegrower's house that dates back to 1880. Over the years, it has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests. We warmly welcome you throughout the year to discover or rediscover the rich cultural heritage of the Val de Loire region, indulge in its gastronomy, and immerse yourself in its picturesque landscapes.Convenient and secure parking is available in the courtyard, ensuring peace of mind for all guests. Cyclists will also find a garage to safely store their bikes. The bedrooms, located on the first floor, are well-appointed and each come with their own private toilets and bathrooms.
Our spacious lounge is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a delicious breakfast, which is served each morning. For those who prefer to prepare their own meals or enjoy a drink, a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge is at your disposal.
All of our rooms have been renovated in 2011 and feature modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and complimentary WiFi access. Additionally, since June 2011, we are proud to offer a new holiday cottage with a contemporary design. This 90m2 cottage can accommodate 6 to 8 people, is air-conditioned, and is conveniently located near the swimming pool.
During the warmer months, guests have the opportunity to dine in the garden, adjacent to the swimming pool and barbecue area. With 3000m² of lush greenery, our garden provides various secluded spots where you can relax, enjoy a drink with friends or family, or simply unwind with a good book while listening to the soothing melodies of birdsong.
Children will be delighted to discover the large playground area at the back of the garden, complete with swings and a slide. With a bit of luck and patience, you may even catch a glimpse of our resident squirrel or the pair of woodpeckers.
The swimming pool, measuring 10 meters by 5 meters with a depth of 2.30 meters, is completely enclosed and securely locked. While we graciously provide access to the pool, we kindly ask that guests assume full responsibility and adhere to the rules and regulations that will be communicated upon arrival. Comfortable deckchairs are available, and we are happy to provide bath towels for your convenience.

We are delighted to offer a brand new holiday cottage since June 2011. This modern, beautifully designed accommodation spans across 90m2 and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. With the added luxury of air conditioning, you can stay cool and refreshed during your stay. Located in close proximity to the swimming pool, you can easily take a dip to escape the summer heat. The cottage boasts an abundance of natural light and ample space, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. - Take the D 952 road heading towards Amboise from Blois.
- Once you reach Onzain, cross the Loire river to reach Chaumont sur Loire.
- After crossing the river, make a right turn towards the village.
- When you reach the traffic lights, take a left turn towards Montrichard.
- Drive for about 100 meters and at the end of the slope, make a right turn onto the second street.
- Continue straight until you reach the primary school, then make a right turn.
- The property called "Les Hauts de Chaumont" will be the first one on your left at the beginning of the street. Make sure to look for the signboard.
