The house is situated in a typical French village near Toulouse and its major roads. It is only a 5-minute drive from the Muret train station, which offers direct trains to Toulouse. Additionally, it is conveniently located 15 minutes away from large shopping centers such as Carrefour, Leclerc, and Ikea, as well as industrial areas in the southern part of Toulouse including Siemens, Airbus, and Thales/Alcatel. For recreational activities, the Golf Club of La Ramée and a leisure park with a lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, and biking trails are also just a 15-minute drive away. The deep center of Toulouse can be reached in 20 minutes, as well as Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. Furthermore, the house offers easy access to major highways leading to the Pyrénées, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Atlantic Sea.
