The house is situated in a typical French village near Toulouse and its major roads. It is only a 5-minute drive from the Muret train station, which offers direct trains to Toulouse. Additionally, it is conveniently located 15 minutes away from large shopping centers such as Carrefour, Leclerc, and Ikea, as well as industrial areas in the southern part of Toulouse including Siemens, Airbus, and Thales/Alcatel.
