Description:

Description for Gite

Located in the southern part of the picturesque Loire Valley, just a two-hour drive from Paris, this enchanting 18th-century cottage has recently undergone restoration and transformation into three cozy and comfortable holiday homes that can accommodate anywhere from 6 to 30 guests.

For a contemporary and bright living experience, Pamoja Liptrap can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Alternatively, the more traditional and incredibly charming Pamoja Touraine is perfect for parties of 2 to 6, while our newest addition, Pamoja Cooma, is ideal for groups of 8 to 14.

Conveniently situated in various desirable locations:
- Peaceful and serene, situated in front of the scenic Chemillé sur Indrois lake
- Adjacent to the medieval church of Saint Vincent
- In close proximity to the famous Loire Valley chateaux and numerous vineyards
- Merely a two-hour drive from Paris, one and a half hours from the Futuroscope in Poitiers, three hours from Disneyland Paris, the seaside, or ski slopes...

Our holiday homes boast spacious interiors and a range of amenities:
- Three separate and independent accommodations that can be combined, perfect for vacations with friends or family
- Architecturally designed floor plans and interior layouts
- Wheelchair accessible facilities in Pamoja Liptrap
- A delightful 300-meter stroll along the lakeshore to reach the beach, playground, boat rental, restaurant, mini-golf, and fishing spots
- A convenient gathering room for meals, seminars, or other group activities

These beautiful and well-equipped holiday homes also offer additional services:
- Modern and practical amenities
- Baby equipment such as high chairs and baby baths, as well as games, toys, and books
- A baby-grand piano for the musically inclined
- Wi-Fi internet connection for staying connected
- Barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining
- Complimentary access to tennis rackets, fishing rods, a pétanque game, a canoe, and two bicycles for rent
- Optional services include arranging meals, cooking lessons, wine tastings, babysitting services, and guided tours

Our vision for this property was to create an idyllic setting with generous spaces, a spacious garden, practical amenities, comfortable furnishings, pleasing lighting, and a commitment to sustainability. We have incorporated wheelchair accessibility, rainwater harvesting, the use of local raw materials, and energy-efficient Class A or A+ electrical appliances and lighting.

With the expertise of architects, designers, and craftsmen, we have brought this beautiful place back to life, where tranquility, comfort, design, and respect for others and nature harmonize.

This labor of love has resulted in the creation of "Pamoja," a word derived from Africa that symbolizes togetherness. "Pamoja" is not just our dream but also your holiday home, where you can make memories and experience a true sense of togetherness.
