Enjoying direct access to main roads, the studio is attached to the owners' house, yet provides complete independence and convenient parking right in front. Within a 5-minute radius, you will find all necessary amenities and public transport options. The nearby bus network Tisséeo allows for easy access to metro lines A or B in just 10 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by car.

With a surface area of 18m2, the studio is tastefully furnished with a comfortable 140 cm wide convertible sofa bed, featuring a 12cm thick mattress topper for a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and a practical storage unit is provided for your clothes. The separate bathroom boasts a spacious shower, washbasin, and WC with a sanibroyeur. All essential equipment and dishes required for your stay are available, including a flat-screen TV with Free channels and a WIFI internet connection. For your convenience, a Macbook laptop can also be provided free of charge.

On sunny days, you can make use of the charming private terrace in front of the studio, allowing you to fully enjoy the pleasant climate of the Southwest. Sheets and towels are provided, and regular cleaning services are included. Additionally, there is an opportunity to use a washing machine for an extra cost of 5 euros per load. Please note that this is a non-smoking rental, although a table, chair, and ashtray are provided outside for smokers. An optional breakfast service is available at an additional cost.

Une petite halte à Toulouse, fort agréable ! L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, la chambre fort confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. La formule "en toute liberté" nous a séduit, nous recommandons sans probléme !!!

Directions

To get to your destination, take exit 14 on the Toulousian ring peripheral and head towards Albi on the RN88. Continue driving and pass through the municipality of the Union. Once you reach Saint Jean, at the first traffic light, turn right onto the first street (there is a business called "Meat" on the corner). This street is called Road of the Wood of Saget. Continue driving for 700 meters until you reach number 41 (across from the oak wood). You have arrived at your destination.
