Lake Issarlès is located in the beautiful region of Haute Ardèche, offering a peaceful and serene getaway. Our detached house is just 50m away from the beach and surrounded by a lovely garden. The house consists of two ground floor rooms, providing privacy and comfort.

The property is fully enclosed and features private parking, a garden with a lounge area, sunbeds, a parasol, and a barbecue. With a total area of 45m2, the house has an independent entrance and has been awarded the prestigious 'Label Mint *'.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, including an electric stove, a gas stove with four burners, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a table ironing board, and a hairdryer.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and there is also a baby bed available upon request. The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. In the corridor, there is a cupboard for storage, and blankets are provided for your comfort.

The house is equipped with central heating and an additional oil stove for extra warmth. It also has a bay window, double glazing, and curtains. Linen rental is available upon request.

The house can accommodate up to three people, making it ideal for couples with one child, athletes, or retirees looking for a peaceful retreat.

The price for a week's stay is 350 euros, with an additional tourist tax of 0.35 euros per person per night (2011 price).
