Meanwhile, Amélie is hard at work in the kitchen, preparing a delicious meal that is served each evening in the vaulted common room at the large table d'hôtes. Our menu features a combination of regional specialties, Belgian souvenirs, and cuisine from around the world. Amélie's cooking is both inviting and refined, using the freshest local ingredients. Olivier, our head waiter for the evening, will join you at the table, ensuring you have a memorable dining experience. After dinner, you can relax by the fireside with a cup of herbal tea, coffee, or even a little génépi.
