Welcome to the charming house of the Bretons Nantais! Situated just 10 minutes from the vibrant city center of Nantes and a short 5-minute stroll from the Pont Rousseau station, this hidden gem is conveniently located near a bustling shopping street. Despite its central location, the area offers a peaceful retreat, nestled only a stone's throw away from the picturesque river Sevre. The unassuming facade of this quaint 28 m² house, built in 2013 and compliant with bbc standards, blends seamlessly with its surroundings, discreetly tucked away from prying eyes.

Upon entering through the inviting blue gate, you will find yourself in a bright and airy living space. The fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances such as a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with a freezer compartment, is cleverly integrated into the layout. The comfortable living area features a plush 2-seater sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation. To enhance your stay, we provide a range of amenities including a flat-screen TV with an orange box, telephone, wifi connection, and a stereo system.

A designated office space separates the living area from the toilet facilities and the separate bathroom, which boasts an elegant Italian-style shower. Ascend the staircase near the front door to reach the cozy mezzanine sleeping area, complete with a comfortable 160x200 bed and a clock radio. The cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 guests, with the option of a cot for a baby upon request.

We strive to make your stay as convenient as possible, which is why we provide freshly made beds upon arrival and supply towels and linens. Additionally, we offer a selection of complimentary products including coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. To further enhance your experience, we offer a parking space located within 100 meters of the residence. Our friendly and attentive staff are fluent in English and German, ensuring seamless communication during your stay.

For an additional fee of 6 euros per person, a delicious breakfast basket can be arranged upon request. The city center of Nantes is easily accessible within 10 minutes by tram, while the airport and Nantes station are a convenient 15-minute journey away.
