This cozy cottage is located in a beautiful countryside setting, perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, fishermen, hunters, and families looking to relax. It serves as an ideal starting point for numerous hiking trails.The cottage, situated close to the owners' home, is on the upper floor, while the ground floor is dedicated to laundry and storage of recreational equipment. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two people (140), two bedrooms (one with a double bed of 140 and the other with a double bed of 140 and two bunk beds of 90), a private bathroom with toilet, and access to a balcony.
To ensure a cozy atmosphere, the cottage is equipped with electric heating as well as a fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with complete cookware, a microwave, gas cooker, mini oven, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV, DVD player, a selection of games, a library, video games, and a mobile phone card available upon request.
Outside, guests can enjoy a closed courtyard, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor gatherings.

Directions
To get to the destination, follow these travel directions using the Michelin Map: 338-N. Starting from Mazamet, take the direction towards Béziers on road 112. Before leaving Mazamet, make a left turn towards Pont de l'Arn. Then, take a right turn onto road D 54 in the direction of Angles / Brassac. After traveling for 6 km, make a left turn towards Marican - Mas de la Borie. Finally, continue on this road until you reach the destination, which is located at the bottom of the third road on the left.
