This spacious cottage, measuring 143 m2, can accommodate up to 6 guests with its three large bedrooms. It is conveniently located at 4 Aillianville road in Lafauche, separate from the guest room.

The cottage showcases a typical house character with its stone walls and wooden beams, situated at the base of Lafauche Castle. The breathtaking views of the surrounding nature add to the authentic ambiance of the place, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay both inside and outside the house.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. There is also a lovely veranda with garden furniture, as well as an outdoor terrace with additional seating and a barbecue.

Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area with a lounge, and another bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed. The cottage also offers a private library garden, which is adjacent and enclosed, and the option to enjoy more outdoor space in the orchard. Private and secure parking facilities are available as well.

As for the interior amenities, the cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, appliances such as a blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, and more. It also features a fireplace and central heating for comfort. Entertainment options include a large-screen television with satellite package, DVD player, PC, Wii console, stereo system, internet and telephone access, WiFi, bicycles, and a variety of board games.
