Welcome to our beautiful 4-star cottage, nestled in the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes away from the vibrant city center of Besancon. This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse, exquisitely decorated and offering a serene atmosphere.

The cottage features an enclosed garden and a private wooded terrace of 40m2, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. The interior is comfortably furnished, with a generous living space of 100m2.

Conveniently located near Middle Micropolis, Hospitals, golf courses, downtown, and Chateaufarineau, our cottage is an ideal base for exploring the area. The Polyclinic Franche Comté is also within a short distance.

Le Jardin d'Inès offers flexible rental options, whether you prefer a week-long stay, a weekend getaway, or even just a night (minimum 2 nights, subject to availability). The cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 double beds and 2 single beds.

The cottage also includes a separate bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and welcoming dining room. Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace with a garden, perfect for relaxation. The enclosed garden features swings and a slide, making it an ideal space for children to play. Additionally, a Weber charcoal barbecue is available for use during the summer months.

We provide private parking on-site, with space for 2-3 vehicles. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, but we do welcome pets free of charge. Enjoy unlimited free WiFi and unwind with the flat-screen TV during your stay.

For your convenience, we offer the option of renting sheets for 10 euros per bed. We also provide amenities such as a highchair, changing mat, umbrella, and 2 additional beds.
