Located 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, this Furnished 3-star tourism accommodation offers complete independence from the owners.

At this property, tranquility and independence are the guiding principles, thanks to the spacious 1000m² garden and the large heated swimming pool (10X4), equipped with comfortable deck chairs for relaxing siestas. (Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, depending on the weather conditions.)

Your suite is situated on the mezzanine level of the house, providing utmost privacy. The entire lower floor of the house, approximately 80m², is exclusively reserved for your use. Your room features a comfortable 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, a large room is at your disposal for enjoying meals during inclement weather. A private bathroom with shower, a private toilet, and a TV room complete with a cozy leather sofa are also included in your accommodations.

When the weather permits, breakfast and meals are served by the poolside. A table d'hôte option is available upon request, at an additional cost, offering delicious seafood platters, oysters, and other regional specialties.

A designated parking space is reserved for you within the secure property. The room rate, ranging from 75 to 95 depending on the season, includes breakfast and unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

Reservations can be made via email or telephone, after completing the rental agreement and providing a 25% deposit of the total stay cost.
