The guest house offers rooms with either a bathroom or powder room. Start your day with a delicious breakfast featuring homemade jams, particularly the mouthwatering fig jam. Take a refreshing swim in the pool to burn off some calories. For lunch and dinner, we will gladly recommend the finest restaurants in the vicinity, including our personal favorites in Fayssac, Cestayrols, and within a 3-kilometer radius.

Description for Gite

Welcome to our spacious barn, a 250 m2 house designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

On the exterior, you'll find a large terrace that overlooks the pool, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation.

Inside the house, the ground floor features a generously-sized room with an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, and induction hob. The dining room and living room, covering a total area of 60 m2, provide ample space for socializing and entertainment, including a cozy TV lounge.

There is one bedroom with a shower room (featuring a 140 cm bed) and a separate toilet on the ground floor (please note that this bedroom is only accessible until some minor renovations are completed).

Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, accompanied by a bathroom and toilet. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a loft area, furnished with three 90 cm beds. Another bedroom offers a shower room (with a 140 cm bed) and a mezzanine featuring a 90 cm bed. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet on this floor.

Adjacent to the barn is our charming house with green shutters, spanning 140 m2 and designed for up to 6 guests. The unique concave facade adds to its originality. Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue area.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a wide and comfortable staircase. To the left, there is a traditional dining room with a fireplace, followed by a wine cellar equipped with a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet and a beautifully fitted kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and hotplates.

To the right, you'll find a cozy living room furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace, and a color TV.

Moving to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, one of which includes a shower room. A third bedroom offers two twin beds measuring 90 cm each. Additionally, there is a bathroom and toilet on this floor.

We invite you to experience the comfort and charm of our barn and green shuttered house, both offering a delightful stay for your group of friends or family.
