Facilities:

Our family rents out four double rooms in our entire house. As a guest, you will have access to your room and the bathroom. Additionally, we have two living rooms with televisions, books, and videos that you are welcome to enjoy at your leisure. Feel free to relax by the pool, explore the gardens, or take a stroll to the orchard or yard. The kitchen is the only space not available to guests as we take care of preparing meals with prior reservation. However, if you require access to a fridge, please let us know.

Equipment:

We provide background music throughout the house. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and amenities. There is also a TV room and a library with a variety of books and films.

Standards of behavior:

We kindly ask that you treat our house as if it were your own. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke outside. Please be respectful and considerate of other guests, avoiding any disruptive noise at inappropriate times.

Services:

We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests, with no password required for direct connection. Bedrooms are cleaned weekly, and we provide fresh linen and towels. Extra cleaning services are available for an additional charge.

Meal services:

We pride ourselves on offering healthy, homemade Mediterranean cuisine. Our dishes feature fresh vegetables and fruits from our own orchard, ensuring a fantastic gastronomic experience. If you have any special dietary needs, allergies, or requests, please inform us in advance. Our menu primarily consists of traditional Spanish and Andalusian dishes such as gazpacho, paella, pescaito frito, sopas de pescado, and tortilla española. We also organize barbecues in the garden. You have the option to choose full board (20 euros per day) or half board (lunch or dinner only, 11 euros per day). Advance reservations are required. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Car Park:

We provide free parking for our guests in the outdoor car park located within the Villa area.

Airport Transfer:

Upon reservation, we offer airport transfers or transportation from the bus/train station to our B&B. Please provide us with your flight number and estimated time of arrival. The cost is 60 euros per person, per way. Advance reservation is required.

The spacious and bright rooms offer breathtaking sea views, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and comfort.

We even have a friendly Amazon parrot named Pollo, who may not talk much but is always laughing. Our lunch is typically served at 2 p.m. and dinner at 9 p.m. You are welcome to join us for meals or dine separately according to your preferences. Occasionally, we host barbecues in the garden when friends visit.
