The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004. Situated on a peaceful street in the heart of Villeneuve sur Lot, this guest house offers 5 rooms to accommodate up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, you will find the Salle Bastide, which is a living room with a kitchen, as well as a laundry room and an inner courtyard adorned with plants.

The first floor features the Choisy room, ideal for 2 people and overlooking the courtyard, as well as the Bastérou room, also for 2 people and with a courtyard view. These two rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Additionally, there is the Plaisance room, which accommodates 2 people and boasts a sitting area with a street view.

Moving up to the second floor, there is the Gajac room, perfect for 2 people and facing the street. There is also the Parasol room, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people and offers a sitting area with a street view. Similar to the first floor, these two rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Lastly, there is the Bourgade room, a small attic room suitable for 1 person. Please note that this room does not have a bath and can only be rented alongside another room.

Each room is uniquely decorated to create a cozy atmosphere and is equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC, kitchenettes with an electric stove, fridge, and sink, as well as crockery and utensils. Other amenities include air conditioning, a TV and stereo/CD system, an intercom, and WiFi access.
