La Minotais is a charming holiday retreat located in a picturesque valley on the banks of the river "La Rance". Situated in the village of Plouër sur Rance, known for its typical Breton charm, our converted stone farmhouses offer three comfortable holiday houses that still maintain the original 18th-century style.

This idyllic location serves as the perfect base for exploring the stunning Côte d'Emeraude region. The surrounding countryside of Plouër is ideal for cycling enthusiasts, and nearby horse riding facilities are also available. For those who enjoy water activities, the marina is just a few minutes' walk away, where the sailing club offers exciting options like sailing, kayaking, and canoeing.

In this culturally rich part of Brittany, you can immerse yourself in a variety of experiences, including visits to museums, galleries, concerts, traditional "Fest Noz" celebrations, and antique markets.

Nature lovers will delight in the 20 km of breathtaking walks along the estuary of the Ranke, while beach enthusiasts can reach beautiful sandy shores within a short 15-minute drive. For history enthusiasts, there are fascinating historical sites to explore, such as the "cité des corsairs" in St. Malo, the medieval town of Dinan, and the renowned seaside resort of Dinard.

Within 25 minutes, you can also visit Cancale, famous for its vast bay where oysters and mussels are cultivated. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in a delightful "degustation" at one of the charming local restaurants. Additionally, within a 30-minute drive, you can marvel at the majestic Mont St. Michel, often referred to as the 8th wonder of the world.

Experience the beauty, history, and cultural richness of the Côte d'Emeraude region from the comfort of La Minotais.
