This room is made up of four parts:

1. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been refurbished to open onto the terrace. It includes a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.

2. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 1m60 bed. It also has a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, internet and television access, and the option for air conditioning.

3. The bathroom has been remodeled and features a shower, an integrated toilet, and a sink unit.

4. Lastly, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden. It is equipped with garden furniture and there is parking available for a car.
