This spacious room measures 25 m² and features a comfortable double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a cozy living area with a sofa futon. With its capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, this room is perfect for families or groups. Guests will also have the option to enjoy herbal tea on the balcony. Furthermore, there is a small bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor, and for added safety, we have installed a child safety gate to ensure peace of mind when children move between rooms. These rooms are located in a separate part of the house, providing independent access for guests.

It offers a peaceful and rural ambiance, with nearby farms adding to the idyllic atmosphere. Guests will be delighted by the charming walled garden, complete with a beautifully adorned terrace that bursts with vibrant flowers during the summer season. Additionally, a refreshing swimming pool is available for guests to enjoy. Within the garden, there is a delightful chicken coop that provides us with fresh eggs daily. We take pride in our commitment to offering a delightful dining experience, with our home-cooked meals featuring ingredients sourced from our garden or local producers. Indulge in the delectable flavors of freshly picked vegetables, dairy products from local farmers, and homemade jams, among other culinary delights.

Un lieu au calme dans un cadre très agréable avec des hôtes Gérard et Fabienne adorables généreux et forts gentils et une demeure plaisante confortable. Une table gourmande aux produits sains locaux de qualités. Très bon accueil. Très bon séjour ! Un rapport qualité prix incomparable !

Dans le cadre du festival Berlioz, nous avons passé chez Gérard et Fabienne un séjour vraiment très agréable ! La table d'hôtes y a notamment participé, par la qualité des produits servis, la générosité et la gentillesse qui accompagnent les repas..Le lieu est un hâvre de paix, dans un écrin de verdure ...Et la piscine est idéalement configurée ! Je ne peux que recommander chaudement "les Balmes" à tout voyageur à destination de St Siméon et sa région ...Vous y rencontrerez un accueil inoubliable !

Directions

To reach Saint Simeon Bressieux, take the Bièvre axis and drive for approximately 20 minutes from the Rives exit on the A43 highway towards Grenoble. Getting there is straightforward: pass through the village of Saint Simeon Bressieux in the direction of Roybon. After traveling 250 meters from the village's outskirts, make a right turn onto Balmes Road. You will find the house on the left, adjacent to a small wooded area.
