La Belladona is a spacious villa with a building surface of 627 m², spread out over two floors. Here is a breakdown of the villa's features:

Ground Floor (sleeps 15):
- The main rooms include a spacious 75 m² entrance hall and a large dining room that can accommodate up to 32 people.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 2 ceramic hobs, 2 microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with a freezer. It also has a wide range of modern small appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There is an eating area in the kitchen for up to 12 people.
- A cellar with a traditional wine storage rack is accessible through the kitchen.
- The first living room is decorated with period furniture and features hi-fi, a 40'' flat screen TV, satellite, MP3, DVD, and DivX. It has a surface area of 25 m².
- There are three bathrooms in the villa.
