Description:

Description for B&B:

Located on the main street of this charming village, this house has undergone an impressive restoration. Originally built in 1785, it served as the Wine storehouses of Thénacuries and the barracks of Napoleon during the summer. Its park was renowned as one of Europe's most beautiful. In the intervening years, the property was acquired by pineau and cognac winegrowers who utilized it to store their barrels. However, no renovations had been carried out for over 90 years. It took more than a year of intensive restoration to restore its former splendor and charm.

We are excited to share this exceptional heritage with you by offering comfortable and welcoming lodgings and rooms of generous proportions. Our accommodations combine the elegance of antique furniture with the authenticity of stone walls. Additionally, we provide longer-stay options for those seeking to explore our beautiful region and all its treasures. Our stables have been restored and redesigned to provide a pleasant and authentic setting, complete with a "Hurdy-gurdy France" canopy overlooking the fountain for delightful breakfasts in the sun.
