The recently restored rooms and junior suites, located within an old farmhouse, offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is characteristic of the charming houses found in the hills of Umbria. These accommodations are adorned with a combination of beautiful period furniture and contemporary frames created by Stefania Fior. Each room includes a bathroom and heating for added comfort. The original structure of the farmhouse has been preserved, showcasing the stunning old wooden beams and a large external door that leads to a terrace.

Surrounding the house is a spacious garden filled with trees, creating a tranquil and serene environment. Additionally, there is a pool nestled amidst the woods, meadows, and olive groves, offering a serene escape. Furthermore, a small river can be found just over 400 meters away, hidden amidst the breathtaking hills.

The breakfast room is conveniently located on the ground floor. Here, you can indulge in a buffet breakfast by the fireplace. The spread includes homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers. Accompanying these delights are our homemade jams, crafted from the fruit grown on our pesticide-free trees, nurtured with natural fertilizers. You can pair these jams with typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread, freshly baked in our ovens. Additionally, we offer fresh seasonal fruit, as well as coffee and milk.
