Our charming cottage is situated just 100 meters away from the magnificent sea, in the picturesque village of Penmarc'h (29,760). Located at the stunning harbor of St. Pierre, it is conveniently positioned 14 km from Pont L'Abbé and 32 km from Quimper, in the heart of the beautiful country bigouden in South Finistère. Penmarc'h municipality boasts an impressive 8 km stretch of sandy beaches and hidden coves, offering a truly idyllic coastal experience.

Step into our peaceful seaside retreat, a delightful 60 square meter house that faces south and has been tastefully renovated in 2008 using natural and eco-friendly materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool. The house is adorned with charming nautical decor, giving it a distinctive coastal ambiance.

The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams and a warming stove. There is also a convenient toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and washing hands on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two lovely bedrooms - one with a comfortable double bed and the other with twin beds, with the option of accommodating a third person. The bathroom is complete with a sink, shower, and WC. Each room is equipped with heating, and we also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for your convenience.

Relax and unwind on our delightful 17-square-meter terrace, which is sheltered and faces south. It is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun.

Our cottage is available for weekly rentals, with prices starting from €520 during the high season in July and August. During the school holidays in June and September, the price is €350. For other periods, the price is €300. We also offer weekend rentals for certain periods, with prices starting from €150 in mid-season and €100 in low season. Please note that charges for water and electricity are not included in the prices and will be calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.

Check-in time is from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out time is by 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

To secure your reservation, we kindly require a signed lease agreement and a deposit of 30% of the rental sum. The remaining payment can be made upon arrival.
