This charming gite in Brittany offers a comfortable and peaceful retreat for two people. Situated in a residential area, it is conveniently located just 7 km away from the beautiful Pink Granite coast, including popular destinations such as Perros-Guirec and Ploumanach.The gite is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a tranquil atmosphere. With garden-level access and an independent entrance, guests can enjoy privacy during their stay. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ, garden table, and chairs, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco.
Convenience is also a highlight of this gite, as it is only 300 m away from shops and 600 m from the town center. The train station is just 1 km away, making it easily accessible for travelers. For those arriving by ferry, the Roscoff terminal is 60 km (1h) away, while the St Malo terminal is 120 km (2h) away.
Inside the gite, guests will find a cozy sitting-room and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with a fridge, hob, and microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower stall and two wash basins, while separate toilets add convenience. The comfortable bed measures 160x200 and there is a TV and wifi internet access for entertainment and connectivity. Beddings can be provided upon request, and guests also have access to a washing machine and iron.
The gite is available for weekly rentals, with a deposit of 25 percent payable by bank transfer.
