The house itself, measuring 82 m², boasts ample natural light and stunning views of the park. It provides a comfortable living experience, with a wood stove and a 107 cm television in the living room. The open living area spans 44 m² and includes a dishwasher, fridge-cong, WC, and garderobe. Additionally, there is a technical room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, there is a garden terrace with a barbecue, as well as access to a communal park. Upstairs, the house features three bedrooms: a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with a 90x190 bed, and a third bedroom with a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, and there is also a dresser available. The house includes a bathroom, a corridor/mezzanine attic, and indoor parking.

To ensure a hassle-free stay, the beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and tableware will be provided. The house is equipped with WIFI and suitable for families with babies.

The cottage itself is a bright and spacious 82 m² with stunning views of the beautiful park. The living area on the ground floor features a wood stove and a 107 cm TV. The open living space of 44 m² includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-cong, and a dining area. There is also a convenient WC, a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a dressing room. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace, a garden, a barbecue, and access to the shared park.

On the upper floor, you will find the bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a comfortable 160x200 bed, while the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed and the third bedroom has a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and there is also a dresser available. The cottage also features a bathroom, a hallway, and a loft attic. Indoor parking is available on the property.

For your convenience, the beds will be made upon your arrival and towels and tableware will be provided. The cottage also offers WIFI and is baby-friendly. We are proud to be labeled as Gîtes de France and kindly inform you that pets are not allowed.
