Description for Gite

Welcome to our convivial and relaxed gite, located in the orangery of the historic 1873 Marrakech Estate. Situated at the foot of numerous hiking trails and surrounded by various attractions, our gite is perfectly positioned in the heart of the Pays de Caux, a region abundant in history and offering a harmonious blend of countryside and Wed.

Just 4 kilometers away from the nearest train station, our cottage provides a convenient location for travelers. Rachel and Thierry are delighted to welcome you to our spacious accommodation, which features a large living room of 50m2 opening onto a terrace. The gite also includes a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms with double beds. Additionally, there are two single beds, one with a 140cm width and the other with a 110cm width, as well as a sofa bed in the living chapel specifically designed for children's games.

Please note that heating is available at an additional cost. Guests are also granted access to the park surrounding the estate.

Tres bon accueil dans cette grande maison pratique ou le passé est présent par sa deco et ses objets , le tout dans un parc magnifique ou nous avons pu faire des jeux ...les chevaux a proximité ,que du bonheur .

Gîte dans un cadre agréable, au calme, si ce n'est le réveil en fanfare par le coq et la basse-cour qui se trouvent juste derrière le gîte. Propriétaires discrets hormis leurs chiens qui rôdent autour du gîte et qui laissent leurs déjections. Beaucoup de travaux et d'investissements à prévoir. Mobilier, vaisselle et matériels vieillots. Toutes les literies sont à changer. Aucun aménagement extérieur : parking, terrasse, jeux pour enfants, terrain de boules...Electricité, fermetures WC et salles d'eau non conformes. Ménage laisse à désirer, salon de jardin dans un état déplorable. Pas de Wi-Fi, pas de TV.

A la campagne il y a des chiens des poules des mouches ect , mais il n y a pas de tapis rouge !!!les poules ne sont pas derrière le gite d ailleurs !!!ce sont des chèvres !!! Le gîte est une Maison ancienne dans son jus ce n'est pas un hôpital aseptisé!!!les fermetures des portes des toilettes sont anciennes !!!les boutons électriques aussi mais le réseau est récent !!! La vaisselle est récente avec de la vaisselle ancienne aussi !!!! Ainsi que certains éléments du mobilier pour ne pas dire pratiquement tout le mobilier !!!!La literie est contrôlée tous les ans , il y a une television dans les deux gites et la wifi dans le petit gite bientôt dans le grand ... Pas de parking avec du goudron!!!!mais en gravier !!!! le jardin n est pas un jardin à la française !!!!mais à l anglaise !!! Le salon de jardin à un an !!! QUAND A LA NORMALITÉ DU LIEU NOUS N EN VOULONS PAS !!! Nos clients reviennent d une année sur l autre !!!! je ne comprends pas votre mauvaise foi!!! Je pense qu il faut partir dans une chaîne d hôtel ou tout est'' normal ''!!!!le problème, c est vous je pense...il y a des gens qui ne sont jamais satisfaits ...

Directions
