Description:

Description for Gite

Welcome to this lovely and comfortable apartment located in the historic center, conveniently close to all amenities yet situated on a quiet street. This unique 1-bedroom apartment features a king-size bed and a spacious sofa bed in the lounge.

While the apartment is spacious enough for 2 people, the double sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people. However, it's important to note that there is only 1 bathroom, which is en suite, so the extra 2 guests would need to pass through the bedroom. Please keep this in mind when booking for 3 or 4 people.

The en suite bathroom is spacious and equipped with clean, modern fittings. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, and there is a spacious lounge with a dining area.

One unique feature of the house is that it bridges over the street, offering picturesque views of Rue des Litanies.

The apartment was completely renovated in January 2014, retaining its original character while incorporating modern fixtures for comfort and convenience. Additionally, the apartment is part of a house that also has another apartment above, allowing family and friends to book both apartments and enjoy a holiday together (Ref: 1439318 Maison sur Larc).
