Additionally, there is an extra ethernet connection, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Guests can also enjoy a private sundeck with an umbrella table. The bathroom on this floor has been recently remodeled and features a shower and clawfoot tub. There is also an additional sink outside of the bathroom. Two guest rooms are located on this floor.

The Lit Bateau Guestroom has two single beds, a large closet, and an antique hutch with a drop-down desk. Next to it is the Art Nouveau Salon, which boasts an ornate queen bed and armoire designed by Louis Marjorelle. It also includes a writing desk and two night tables.

On the second floor, there are two Deluxe Rooms. Each room contains a queen-sized bed, an en-suite carved marble sink, walk-in closet, and private bath.

The Celestial Chamber is beautifully decorated with a hand-carved Victorian headboard and hand-painted canopy. It also features a walk-in closet with a built-in dresser, a television enclosed in an antique casing, a Bose radio with CD player, and a large granite-topped desk. Description for Gite

The Mansion, originally designed in 1886 by renowned architect Harald M. Hansen for his own family, stands today as a Historically Significant Building. Retaining all of its original Victorian intricacies, including exquisite Giannini and Hilgart stained glass windows, elegant pocket doors and shutters, stunning parquet floors, decorative fireplaces, ornate carved wood trim, and exquisite plaster ceiling medallions, this property is a true testament to its time.

Step back in time as you immerse yourself in the 19th-century furnishings and artwork that beautifully reflect the home's original charm. However, amidst its timeless allure, we have also incorporated modern conveniences such as central air conditioning, high-speed Internet, WiFi, and ethernet, ensuring our guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay. We also maintain a strict non-smoking policy, guaranteeing a clean and fresh atmosphere throughout the property.

Prepare to be captivated by the uniqueness of this place, as it offers an experience unlike any other in Chicago.

The first level boasts a spacious living room, a dining room that comfortably seats ten, a convenient butler's pantry, a half bath, and a newly remodeled full eat-in kitchen.

As for accommodations, we provide four bedrooms, three of which feature queen beds, while the fourth offers two singles.
