It spans across 60 sqm on a single level, with an additional 12 sqm mezzanine that includes a sitting area, bed, and desk. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and microwave for your convenience. The living area features a library and a television with access to 19 channels. A radio cassette player is also available. The cottage is heated with oil, and there is an electric duct heater in the oil bath. Outside, you will find a private courtyard of 29 sqm with a barbecue and garden furniture. Additionally, guests have access to a communal garden with games and a children's pool. There is a closed parking lot for your vehicle's safety. Linen rentals and various types of bicycles (mountain, road, children's, and tandem tricycle) are available.
