Experience the beauty of Alsace and the Wine Route from our charming rental house located in the historic village of Bergheim. Situated at the end of the village, our new house offers stunning views of the Alsatian vineyards and Chateaux 3. With its peaceful surroundings and modern comforts, it is the perfect place for a delightful stay. This cozy house can accommodate 4 to 5 people, providing a warm and comfortable retreat. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the exceptional tourist attractions in the area. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the bike path, perfect for leisurely rides (bikes available for use).The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge. Additionally, there is a toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), as well as another room with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, a large terrace awaits you with garden furniture and a barbecue, overlooking a private garden. This enclosed and tree-filled space ensures a safe environment for children to play.
There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy in the area, such as hiking, mountain biking, quad biking, canoeing, and golfing. For those seeking relaxation, swimming, visiting cinemas, amusement parks, and exploring numerous castles and museums are also popular options.
From late November to December 31st, immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of the Alsatian Christmas markets and traditional round nurseries in the village. Trés belle location.Maison très bien équipée et bien située pour rayonner dans la région.Les propriétaires sont aussi gentils que disponibles et discrets.Location à retenir sans aucun problème.Si nous revenons dans la région,c'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette maison.Merci encore à Mr et Mme BUrger Alphonse
